Overview

The UT54ACTS08 is a quadruple two-input AND gate with a 5.0V supply voltage.  Characterized over full military temperature range, the devices are also QML-Q and -V qualified.  The quadruple two-input AND gate performs the Boolean functions Y = A * B or Y = A+B in positive logic.
