Frontgrade has 30+ years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, testing, and qualifying high-reliability silicon for applications used in the space, defense, aerospace and industrial markets. Our Colorado Springs facility has achieved several certifications from the Defense Logistics Agency.  

After rigorous testing, our manufacturing operations has received DLA certifications validating our ability to effectively manufacture Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) Class Q, V, Y, and T microelectronic products per MIL-PRF-38535.

Frontgrade’s Colorado Springs location is also a DMEA Category 1A Trusted facility. Our manufacturing area there includes a 5,100 square-foot cleanroom certified as Class 1000 with a facility classification of 1A ESD controls that handles multiple security level needs up to Secret.

We offer packaging services from design inception, through package procurement and assembly, environmental screening and product qualification. By leveraging our legacy and expertise as a pioneer in advanced package technology, we have proven our manufacturing capabilities for aerospace and high reliability microelectronic products.
