Overview

Frontgrade offers a full range of rectangular waveguide assemblies. Designed using decades of waveguide design expertise, we have a solution to meet all of your design needs.

Frontgrade provides an extensive portfolio of rectangular waveguide assemblies.

Our rectangular waveguide assemblies include E-Bends, H-Bend, twists, straight and transition. In addition, we also offer custom waveguide assemblies as well as a range of cast bends in rectangular waveguide assemblies.

E-Bend

Rectangular E-Bend Waveguides

Frontgrade offers a variety of formed E-bends with flanges covering waveguide sizes WR-22 through WR-430. VSWR is less than 1.10 maximum over the full waveguide bandwidth while insertion loss is equivalent to straight waveguide sections. Additional sizes, configurations and combinations are available on request.

Frontgrade’s Straight Waveguides with flanges are offered for waveguide sizes WR-22 to WR-430. VSWR is less than 1.06 typical over the full
waveguide bandwidth while insertion loss is equivalent to waveguide tubing per MIL-W-85.

Rectangular Transition Waveguides

Frontgrade's Transition Waveguides with flanges are offered for waveguide sizes WR-22 to WR-430 are designed to interconnect different size waveguide components in a minimum space while maintaining a VSWR of 1.10 maximum in the overlap frequency bands. Additional sizes, extended range, and custom design configurations are available on request.
