Overview
The UT54ACS00 is a quadruple, two-input NAND gate with a 5.0V supply voltage. Characterized over full military temperature range, the devices are also QML-Q and -V qualified. The NAND gates perform the Boolean functions Y = A * B or Y = A + B in positive logic.
