 This high power symmetrical SPDT RF switch is 150 watts. It operates at 2500 to 6000 MHz and has 53 dB typical isolation. 0 uSec maximum switching speed and uses a +28 Vdc supply @ 300 mA maximum.

 This SSHPS 2.5-6.0-150 is a high power symmetrical SPDT RF switch which is employed in communication systems where high power, low loss and excellent isolation are required. This unit operates across the 2500-6000 MHz range. This RF unit operates from +28Vdc supply with 300mA maximum current draw. Unit operates from -40°C to +70°C up to 35,000 feet altitude.
