Lockheed Martin recognizes Frontgrade for Orion Spacecraft development support

EXETER, New Hampshire – Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions (CAES), a leading provider of critical electronics solutions for space, air, land and sea applications, announced today that it was recently visited and recognized by Lockheed Martin for being an important supplier to the development of NASA’s Orion spacecraft. Lockheed Martin is the prime contractor for Orion, NASA’s deep space exploration spacecraft that will take humans out to the Moon as part of the Artemis program and later out to Mars. 

Cobham supplies its RF interconnect solutions including cables for the Orion spacecraft. A presentation was recently held at Cobham’s Exeter, New Hampshire facility, to thank Cobham employees for their dedication to the mission. The event was also attended by state representatives including Dalton McLaughlin of Congressman Chris Pappas’ office, Michele Cota of US Senator Jeanne Shaheen’s office and Kathy Corson, Select Board Chair for Town of Exeter.
