Ricardo Gonzalez

Ricardo Gonzalez serves as Chief Transformation Officer of Frontgrade Technologies. In this role, Ricardo is leading the company’s organic and inorganic transformation into the premier provider of advanced electronics for space, defense, and commercial operations in the harshest environments. He is responsible for driving Performance Excellence across the enterprise and managing cost control initiatives. He is also responsible for creating and leading the capture of strategic growth campaigns as well as managing senior customer relationships. 

Ricardo was promoted to CTrO from his previous role as Frontgrade’s Vice President of Microelectronics, where he led product development and production for Custom and Standard Products business areas. Prior to Frontgrade, Ricardo served as the Senior Director, Space Systems within BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
