Allen Couture

As Chief Operating Officer at Frontgrade, Allen Couture leads the company’s Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. He has more than 25 years of experience in operations, engineering and program management in the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. 

Prior to Frontgrade, Allen served as Executive Vice President of Execution Excellence at Mercury Systems after 10 years with Raytheon, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Security for Raytheon Missiles & Defense. Beginning his career as an assembler on a high-speed manufacturing line, Allen then has held positions of increasing responsibility with Ford Motor Company, Bombardier Aerospace, and Hawker Beechcraft before moving to Raytheon.

Allen earned his Master’s Certificate in Operations Management from York University and holds his BA in Economics from McMaster University, both in Ontario. He also served for 15 years in the Canadian Armed Forces Infantry Reserves and is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada.
