Frontgrade offers assembly processes for both IPC-J-STD-001 including latest Space & Military Addendum and NASA 8739. We are certified to the most rigorous quality system standards including ISO 9001:2015 certification with AS9100:2016 Rev D value-added compliance ESD Compliant to ANSI- ESD S20.20 for assemblies and Integrated Circuits.
We’re also proud to participate in the Colorado Environmental Leadership Program – Gold Leader. Our Colorado Springs facility is a DMEA Trusted Manufacturer and is fully ITAR compliant.
At Frontgrade, we support low volume prototyping as well as flight quantities with a full range of manual assembly to high-volume surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing on our high-speed line.
