Our double ridge waveguide assemblies include E-Bends, H-Bend, twists, straight and transition. In addition, we also offer custom waveguide assemblies.
E-Bend
Double Ridge E-Bend Waveguides
Frontgrade offers a standard product line of formed E-Bend Waveguides with flanges covering sizes WRD-180 through WRD-350. VSWR is less than 1.15 maximum. Additional sizes, configurations and combinations are available on request.

Straight
Double Ridge Straight Waveguides
Frontgrade offers a standard product line of straight waveguides with cover or gaskets flanges, covering sizes WRD-180 through WRD-350. VSWR is less than 1.10 while insertion loss is equivalent to waveguide tubing per Mil-W-23351.
Transition
Double Ridge Transition Waveguides
Frontgrade's Transition Waveguides with flanges are designed to connect different size components in a minimum space while maintaining a VSWR of 1.15 maximum in the overlap frequency bands. We offer standard double-ridged sizes from WRD-180 through WRD-250 with additional sizes, extended range, and custom designs available upon request.
